Fuel systems · Fiscal devices · Tracking · Security · IT
Automace Technology Company Limited is a Tanzanian technology company specialising in downstream fuel infrastructure — high-accuracy Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG), real-time GPRS tank telemetry, fully automated fuel station systems and TRA-approved fiscal devices, across the Mainland.
Everything we fit answers the same question in a different place: what is actually there, and where did it go. We supply and install it ourselves, register it where the law requires, and stay reachable afterwards.
Engineers on call for stations, fleets and offices nationwide
Tank gauging that reads to the millimetre, so book stock and wet stock are the same number, not an argument.
Fitted around trading hours — pumps keep selling and tills keep earning while we commission.
Named engineers in regions across the Mainland, with a response time agreed before you sign.

01 — Services
01
High-accuracy ATG probes and real-time GPRS telemetry wired into full forecourt control — dispenser integration, attendant accountability and shift reconciliation. Head office sees every tank on every site without phoning the station, and every litre is tied to a person and a price before it becomes a dispute.
02
TRA-approved electronic and virtual fiscal devices for shops, stations, restaurants and supermarkets — supplied, registered, configured and supported, including fiscal printers, cash registers and VFD integration with your existing POS or ERP.
03
GPS tracking for vehicles, plant and high-value assets — live location, trip history, geofencing, fuel-draw and driver behaviour, with alerts and reports your operations team can act on.
04
Security screening and protection products — walk-through metal detectors, hand-held scanners, CCTV surveillance, access control and alarms — specified for the site, installed, commissioned and maintained.
05
IT strategy, information-security assurance and systems integration — infrastructure reviews, network and server work, and honest advice on what to replace now and what will hold another year.
02 — Approach
We walk the site before recommending anything — tank layout, dispenser make, what is already in the ground, what the tills are running.
Equipment sourced, configured and fitted by our own technicians — not a subcontractor meeting you for the first time.
Probes calibrated against a known volume, and every fiscal device registered with TRA before it processes a single receipt.
After-sale service across Tanzania Mainland — report a fault and it is attended to on site, not left waiting in a queue.

04 — FAQs
A contract with named engineers, agreed response times, remote checks where the system allows it, and after-sale coverage in regions across Tanzania Mainland, with site visits where it does not. You call a person, not a queue. Cover includes fault diagnosis, spare-part swaps, firmware and configuration updates, probe recalibration, and a scheduled check-up rather than waiting for something to fail.
Yes — installation and after-sale support run across regions on Tanzania Mainland, from the Southern Highlands up to Dar es Salaam and the lake regions. Wherever the site sits, it gets a named engineer and the same response-time commitment as a site in Mbeya.
Fuel stations are the specialism — tank gauging, telemetry and forecourt automation are what we build, and that is where the depth is. But fiscal devices, tracking, security products and IT consultancy go to retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, offices, warehouses and fleets as well. If it involves compliant billing, moving vehicles, a perimeter to secure, or systems that need to talk to each other, it is work we take on.

Why choose us
Not a line item on a general IT menu. The tank, the pump and the receipt are one system to us, and we are accountable for all three.
Registration and paperwork filed with the hardware, not after it.
You call the person who commissioned your site — and they answer.
